I held 'GemFest' here in June for my birthday, hired out the festival field and it was everything I hoped it would be.... I mean we even had a weekend of dry weather which up until then had been an absolute shocker! Clive and his team were so lovely really helpful and we had a really wonderful weekend. We saw lots of owls swooping around, the grounds are really stunning. There is so much space it had a real festival vibe to it. The barn is awesome, we had a silent disco that went down a right treat. The field has everything on there so you don't need to think about any extras or amenities, and it has lots of space and shelter if needed. You really made my birthday a weekend myself, friends and family won't forget, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Thanks so much Gems xread more

Coming from a festival field user (of a very well organised private party) - Easy to find. In the festival field I saw the staff popping over to check everything was going well, seemed attentive and helpful. Well kept land and nice and spacious. Has a kitchen area (no oven but other regular items such as kettle, fridges, freezer, sink). Disco room with cool lights! Wooden log style cabins for those who don't do tents but want to be part of the party. Seemed to have bunk beds in but didn't look around any. Had a walk through the other camping field, popular with caravans and some tents. Has some permanent canvas yurts I assume are for hire, from the outside seemed well kept. Staff very quick to clean the permanent living spaces once vacated which is a good sign! On site toilets in festival field were very clean and cleaned early - 2 cubicles which are VERY spacious. Good cover for eating outside with benches and extended seating and table surface to go between the benches. Very handy. Overall a seemingly well oiled machine.

It's a lovely campsite and everyone is nice and friendly. The shower blocks are clean. The owners Evelyn and Clive make you feel so welcome. The 2 workers Paul and Sara are helpful. Highly recommended this campsite.

Just got home from a week on Top Farm. What a great place to stay! Peaceful, beautiful, perfect. Slept soundly every night, awoke to the sounds of birds singing. Clean showers and toilets. Friendly staff and lovely owners.

Me and my sister have our caravans here all year ... it's a fantastic place the owner's and staff are so nice .. when l come down here l feel so chilled out top farm it self is beautiful and there are lots of places near by to have days out .... what a little gem

Very nice indeed, bit tight to get into, worth looking up towards the site before pulling in to avoid meeting another van coming out. We really enjoyed it there, the staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. We tried out our new van here and had issues with it. The owner of the site was so helpful and made a bit of a stressful time a lot easier. Thank you Clive. Lovely place, we will be returning some time.

An amazing place to hire. Clive and the team he has built up around him made us feel like we were at home and able to relax and enjoy the magical weekend we planned for a our wedding. If I could give more than 5stars to rate the place I really would. All the best, Matt and heather Brunt 😀😍🍾

Staff are very friendly and helpfully. Location is very quiet. Pitch.... well choose from an empty field. Over all very happy. Would recommend.

The Campsite is basic but lovely. The facilities are well kept. We stayed for 2 nights of season, and it would have been a perfect and quiet stay if it hadn't been for the patronising attitude of the guy in charge of checking us in and general reception duties. It would have been good to know that work around the campsite and farm starts around 8.30 am, and so does the noise. Despite this, we would still absolutely recommend, it is a lovely place.

I cannot express just how lovely this site is. If you want a site that gives you the feel of wild camping with the luxury of toilets and showers this really is the site for you. First of all we were greeted on site after a 5 and a half hour drive by a very welcoming owner who got us sorted within minutes. Once pitched we realised how tidy and quite frankly how big the whole site is. It is massive, loads of different areas to explore, woodland walks, Marsham heath, loads of fields for the kids to run around in. Dog waste bins around the site so ideal for dog walkers. Any problems and there is always a member of staff available, they are extremely helpful and nothing is a bother. The owner is lovely and approachable and goes out her way to help if you have any concerns. The toilets are extremely clean and well maintained, as are the shower cubicles. The showers are powerful and are really hot, just what you need after a day of exploring Norfolk and surrounding areas. The farm itself is off the beaten track but an ideal place to base yourself for days out. There is a small hut which provides a small fridge and freezer for you to put small items in if you don't have electric hook up, games and DVDs to borrow, leaflets of all the places you can visit. The pitches themselves are not sardined which means you have plenty space between you and your neighbour, the site itself is well maintained and very quiet. It is by far the nicest site we have visited and we will definitely go again and again. Loads of interesting places to visit locally, for shopping, Tesco the Co-op as well as other shops are a 10 minute drive away, Norwich which is a 20-30 minute drive away has pretty much all you need, local pubs which serve lovely home cooked food. All we can say is Top marks for Top farm, we look forward to going back next year.

The site is very open and spacious. The facilities were clean and well looked after. The person I dealt with (Clive) was very pleasant and keen to make we had a good pitch. I would happily stay there again.
