Caravan & Campervan Pitches
At Top Farm we have a dedicated site for your touring caravan, campervan or trailer tent. The area is ideally located next to the site’s main shower and toilet block, which include washing up facilities, disabled toilet and wetroom, and, chemical toilet emptying point. Electrical hook ups are available for all caravan, campervan and trailer tent pitches.
The caravan site offers you the peace and quiet of a rural setting, with a fantastic meadow and is only 20 minutes from the beautiful Norfolk coastline and a host of attractions and activities. Including a number of pubs serving food for those not wanting to cook.

With the seemingly ever-increasing prices of petrol and diesel, and the upheaval of having to pack and pull your (often under-used) caravan every time – why not consider a more cost effective, easier and greener alternative?
We have space to keep a number touring caravans permanently on site for leisure purposes – this means that caravans can used for short breaks, weekends and holidays – all year round!
For the nights that you’re not here, your caravan remains on its own pitch, so there’s no having to book in advance. It’s also an ideal solution to paying any storage charges you may have or simply freeing up the space on your drive or next to your home.
Short Stay Pitch Prices

Pitches include: electric hook-up, and either an awning, or gazebo or pop tent, and up to two adults and one car.
Please note: there is a minimum two night stay during the school holidays.

Annual Pitches commencing after April 1st 2026 will be charged the above rate commencing from your arrival date.
Electricity prices
- A Metered Electricity Usage Scheme can be facilitated (only pay for the electricity that you use)
- Those not using metered electric, there is a charge of £12.00 per night for a 16 amp electrical hook-up (when on site and plugged in) between April 1st & October 31st 2026, and £18.00 per night for a 16 amp electrical hook-up (when on site and plugged in) between November 1st 2026 and March 31st 2027.
Please note:
- There are various Annual Pitch Rental credit payment terms available.
- There is no charge for keeping a storage box adjacent to your caravan – ideal for outside furniture, barbeques, bikes, hook-up cables etc.
