Our bell tents will provide you with all the space and comfort that’s essential for a perfect glamping trip. All of our bell tents offer a glorious panoramic view across Top Farm to open fields and distant woodlands, a perfect spot to watch a magnificent sunset.
Our 5-meter bell tents are pre-erected on solid timber bases with soft cushion flooring, offering extra insulation to keep you warm and cosy during your glamping experience. Each tent is furnished with a comfortable double and two single futon beds, bed linen, duvets and pillows, to ensure you enjoy your dreams through the night.
All our tents has beautiful unobstructed views over meadows and are perfectly positioned to watch stunning sunsets. We are also incredibly privileged to have have a nesting barn owl, if you are lucky you can watch spectacular hunting directly from your bell tent.
All our bell tents have a handy timber field kitchen located next to each pitch for your exclusive use, providing a sheltered place to cook and dine. Each field kitchen is equipped with a single ring camping stove, cooking utensils, mugs, plates, bowls, cutlery, washing up bowl plus a timber picnic bench seating four people. We also have indoor washing up facilities, a toilet block and £1 coin operated power showers on the campsite.
We have six beautiful bell tents on Top Farm in two locations. Aylsham, Buxton, Cawston and Drayton bell tents are located on the vale’s edge of the caravan field (sunset ridge), offering unobstructed meadow views and some fantastic sunsets. These bell tents do not have electric hook ups. Eastgate and Filby bell tents are located on the valley’s edge of the festival field with unobstructed meadow views and have electric hook ups.
Providing there is no fire risk during hot summers we also have fire pits to hire, so you can toast those marshmallows under the stars.
Bell Tent Prices
Our Bell Tent’s are available to hire from the last weekend in May usually the late May bank holiday weekend up to and including the August bank holiday weekend.
All arrivals on Mondays or Fridays, minimum stay is two nights.

What’s included with our bell tents
Your bell tent will be ready for your arrival, pre-prepared with a single ring camping stove, kettle, mugs, plates, saucepans and cooking utensils and a picnic bench.
Our package includes futon style beds with a double Silent night mattress and single 10cm mattress, bed linen, duvets, pillows, scatter rugs, two small tables and a lantern.
